And, during the Christmas season, beginning in mid-November, I up this to 50 mg of zinc, selenium and magnesium daily, at least 5 days a week, and potassium at least twice weekly.
In 1968 I played Santa at Christmas for a few close friends and their families. It was a fun thing to do and I sort of fell in the Santa mode around Christmas time many years.
